Graph Embedding and Distribution Alignment for Domain Adaptation in Hyperspectral Image Classification

چکیده

Recent studies in cross-domain classification have shown that discriminant information of both source and target domains is very important. In this article, we propose a new domain adaptation (DA) method for hyperspectral image (HSI) classification, called graph embedding distribution alignment (GEDA). GEDA uses the pseudo-label learning to learn interclass intraclass divergence matrices domains, which preserves local domains. Meanwhile, spatial spectral features HSI are used, subspace performed minimize differences between We perform DA tasks on Yancheng, Botswana, University Pavia, Center Shanghai Hangzhou data sets. Experimental results show performance proposed better than existing methods.

Sample-oriented Domain Adaptation for Image Classification

Image processing is a method to perform some operations on an image, in order to get an enhanced image or to extract some useful information from it. The conventional image processing algorithms cannot perform well in scenarios where the training images (source domain) that are used to learn the model have a different distribution with test images (target domain). Also, many real world applicat...

Deep Unsupervised Domain Adaptation for Image Classification via Low Rank Representation Learning

Domain adaptation is a powerful technique given a wide amount of labeled data from similar attributes in different domains. In real-world applications, there is a huge number of data but almost more of them are unlabeled. It is effective in image classification where it is expensive and time-consuming to obtain adequate label data. We propose a novel method named DALRRL, which consists of deep ...

Distribution-Matching Embedding for Visual Domain Adaptation

Domain-invariant representations are key to addressing the domain shift problem where the training and test examples follow different distributions. Existing techniques that have attempted to match the distributions of the source and target domains typically compare these distributions in the original feature space. This space, however, may not be directly suitable for such a comparison, since ...

Cross-domain CNN for Hyperspectral Image Classification

In this paper, we address the dataset scarcity issue with the hyperspectral image classification. As only a few thousands of pixels are available for training, it is difficult to effectively learn high-capacity Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). To cope with this problem, we propose a novel cross-domain CNN containing the shared parameters which can co-learn across multiple hyperspectral dat...

Subspace Distribution Alignment for Unsupervised Domain Adaptation

We propose a novel method for unsupervised domain adaptation. Traditional machine learning algorithms often fail to generalize to new input distributions, causing reduced accuracy. Domain adaptation attempts to compensate for the performance degradation by transferring and adapting source knowledge to target domain. Existing unsupervised methods project domains into a lower-dimensional space an...
